Send me your URL and I will run a free SEO audit on it. London businesses get the five biggest issues holding their site back, plus exactly how to fix each one, emailed within 48 hours. No automated PDF. No upsell. No follow up sales call unless you ask for one.
Capped at 5 audits a week, because I would rather do five properly than twenty badly.
Takes 60 seconds. I will reply with the audit within 48 hours.
This is a free SEO audit for London businesses, carried out personally by Zain, a local SEO expert based in London. Each audit covers technical SEO, on-page factors, keyword targeting, local search visibility, Google Business Profile setup, and site speed. Findings are delivered as the five highest impact issues on your site, each with a plain English explanation of how to fix it.
Audits are manually reviewed rather than generated by a scanner, are returned by email within 48 hours, and are capped at five per week. There is no cost, no mailing list signup, and no obligation to hire anyone afterwards. If the honest answer is that SEO is not your highest priority right now, the audit will say so.
I review your site personally. No scanner, no automated tool, no template report. You get three things back.
Prioritised. The things genuinely costing you rankings or traffic right now, not sixty minor warnings from a scanner.
Plain English, with the actual steps. Not "improve your meta tags", but exactly what to change and where to change it.
Whether SEO is even your highest leverage move right now, or whether paid ads, content, or conversion work would matter more.
Not everything below will be a problem on your site. That is the point of looking.
Name, email, your website URL. Optionally, anything specific you want me to focus on.
Real search data, a technical scan, and a manual review of your top pages. Usually 45 to 60 minutes of work.
Within 48 hours, in plain English. Reply if you want to discuss it. Otherwise that is the end of it.
The audit is remote, so your postcode does not change the work. But London is where I live and where I understand the local search landscape, so that is where the advice lands hardest.
Because it is how I find clients who would actually be a good fit. If the audit is useful and you want to hire me for the work, great. If not, you have a real list of things to fix, and I have spent an hour learning what SEO problems are common on London business sites. Both of us come out ahead.
None. I send the audit, and if you want to discuss it I reply. No follow up sales sequence, no mailing list, no nurture funnel. If you do not write back, you will not hear from me again.
48 hours from submission, often faster. If I am at capacity that week, five audits is the cap, I will email you straight away with an honest timeline rather than leaving you waiting.
London businesses with an existing website that is not ranking or converting as well as it should. WordPress, Shopify, anything else, it does not matter. If you are outside the UK or pre launch, I will still take a look, but the advice may be less useful to you.
No. Automated scanners produce hundreds of findings with no sense of which ones matter. I use professional tools to gather data, then read the site myself and decide what is actually worth your time. The judgement is the part you cannot automate, and it is the part you are getting.
No. Your details come to me, I read every submission, and they do not get added to any list or shared with anyone. Full privacy policy here.
Paid deeper audits are available. If the free version shows your situation needs more than five issues can cover, I will say so in the reply. I will not pitch you a bigger audit you do not need.
Entirely up to you. Take the list and fix everything yourself, hand it to your existing developer, or reply and we will talk about me doing the work. All three are fine outcomes. Plenty of people take the audit and I never hear from them again, which is exactly how it is meant to work.
Five biggest issues, plain English, 48 hours. Then we are done, unless you write back.
