Everything I do, and what each one is actually for.
Six services, one person. Most clients arrive wanting one of them and leave with two, because the answer to “why is nobody finding us” is rarely a single fix. This page exists so you can work out which you need before you pay anyone, including me.
If you are not sure, the honest starting point is the free audit. It tells you which of these you need and which you can skip, and you are welcome to take the list elsewhere.
Three free audits a week. Slots reset every Monday.
In person across London. Anywhere in the UK on request. Remote worldwide.
Pick by the problem, not the product name
Service names are for invoices. Nobody wakes up wanting a retainer. Find the sentence below that sounds like your week.
"We are invisible on Google and our competitors are not."
"Our site is slow, dated, or I cannot edit it without breaking something."
"Our site is fine but it loads like treacle and we are losing people."
"Nobody has touched our site in two years and I am afraid to look."
"We need enquiries this month, not next quarter."
"We are getting clicks but nobody fills in the form."
“I genuinely do not know which of these is my problem.”
What each one includes, and what it costs
Prices are the real starting points, not a teaser rate that doubles on the call. Every recurring service is no contract, cancel any time.
SEO Services
Three pillars: local SEO and Google Business Profile, on-page and technical SEO, and content. You can buy one pillar or all three. Local is where most London service businesses should start, because ranking in the map pack for “near me” searches converts far better than a blog post ever will.
Covers keyword research, Google Business Profile optimisation and posting, on-page fixes, schema markup, citation building, review strategy, rank tracking, and monthly reporting in plain English. Also available area by area: Croydon, Hounslow, Stratford, Wimbledon, Shoreditch, Kensington, Canary Wharf and Camden.
WordPress Development
Fixed-price builds, quoted after a scoping call so you know the number before anything starts. A single landing page, a 5 to 8 page business site, or a larger custom build. I have delivered a 100 page law firm site and a 50 page trade site as one person, so scale is not the constraint.
Every rebuild includes redirect mapping: a full crawl of the old site, a redirect for every URL, metadata preserved, and Search Console watched daily through the switch. This is the single most common way agencies destroy a client's rankings, and it is not an upsell here.
Next.js Development
The premium tier. Hand-coded React and Next.js sites for businesses where speed and search performance decide the outcome: sub-second loads, 95+ PageSpeed, and no plugin bloat to accumulate. Your WordPress can stay where it is and run headless behind it, so you keep the editor you already know.
The trade-off is stated plainly on the page: you give up drag-and-drop layout editing. If rearranging your own pages matters more than speed, WordPress is the better and cheaper answer, and I will say so on the call. The repository is yours on your GitHub, so there is no lock-in either way.
Website Management
Updates tested and applied, weekly off-site backups that get test-restored, uptime and security monitoring, and a set number of content edits each month. Edits are counted rather than clocked, so you are never arguing about whether a price change took twelve minutes or twenty.
This deliberately does not include SEO. Management keeps the foundation healthy, which SEO depends on, but bundling a little of each is how both end up done badly.
Meta Ads Management
Facebook and Instagram campaigns judged on one number: what an enquiry costs you. Not reach, not impressions, not engagement. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta from your own account, so you keep the account, the data and the audiences if we stop working together.
Each tier carries a minimum monthly ad spend, because below a certain budget there is not enough data to optimise against and you are paying a fee to watch noise. If your budget is under £400 a month I will tell you ads are not the right spend yet.
Landing Page Design
A single page built for one campaign and one action. Form above the fold, fast on mobile, no navigation pulling people sideways. For local businesses, 70 to 80% of campaign traffic is on phones, so these are designed on a phone first and checked on a desktop second.
Most useful paired with ads. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the fastest way to waste a budget, because a homepage has to serve everyone and therefore convinces nobody.
How these actually get bought
Nobody buys one service and stops. Three patterns cover almost every engagement I take on.
SEO plus management
The most common pairing. Management keeps the site fast, secure and unbroken, SEO makes it findable. From £460 a month combined.
Right for an established business with a decent site that simply is not ranking.
Landing page plus Meta Ads
Enquiries in weeks rather than months. A page built for one action, traffic pointed at it, cost per enquiry watched closely.
Right when you need pipeline now and can fund the spend while SEO catches up.
Rebuild, then SEO, then ads
In that order, deliberately. Optimising a broken site wastes the retainer, and driving ads at it wastes the spend.
Right when the site is genuinely the bottleneck, which the audit will tell you plainly.
Before you choose
Which service should I start with?
Almost always the free audit, because it costs you nothing and it answers the question properly. Beyond that: if the site is slow or dated, start with a rebuild. If the site is fine but invisible, start with SEO. If you need enquiries this month rather than this quarter, start with ads and a landing page. Picking wrong is expensive, which is why I would rather spend an hour on your audit than sell you the wrong retainer.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and most clients do. SEO plus management is the most common pairing, from £460 a month combined. Ads plus a landing page is the fast-start combination. There is no bundle discount, because the work does not get cheaper when you buy two of it, but there is a real efficiency: one person holding the keyword data, the ad results and the site means nothing gets lost between vendors.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every recurring service is no contract, cancel any time. I ask you to give SEO three months before judging it, because search genuinely takes that long to show clear movement, but you are never tied in. One-off projects are fixed price, quoted up front, with a deposit to start. Everything built belongs to you.
Why does one person cost less than an agency?
Because you are only paying for the work. An agency retainer funds account managers, offices, sales teams and margin, and the optimisation itself is often done by a junior. There are none of those costs here. The trade-off is honest: I take on a limited number of clients, so I am not always available immediately, and I am one person rather than a department.
Does it matter what platform my site is on?
No. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, a React or Next.js app, or a custom codebase, the SEO work is the same and I can read whichever one you have. That is the practical benefit of coming to this from software engineering rather than marketing.
What if none of these are what I need?
Then I will tell you. It happens often enough that it is worth saying on this page. Sometimes the answer is that your Google Business Profile needs twenty minutes of attention rather than a retainer, or that your real problem is that nobody answers the phone. I would rather lose the sale than take money for work that will not change anything.
