Website management services for WordPress sites, from £65 a month. Updates, backups, security, and the small content edits you would rather not deal with, handled by someone who has been doing exactly this for more than five years.
No long contracts. Cancel anytime. UK working hours, GMT.
ZainSEO provides ongoing website management services for WordPress sites, starting at £65 per month. Every plan covers WordPress core and plugin updates tested on a staging copy, weekly off-site backups, security monitoring with malware scanning and login protection, uptime and speed monitoring, small content edits, and a plain English monthly summary email.
Three plans are available. Essential is £65 per month for sites that need to stay healthy, Care is £165 per month for sites needing regular hands on work, and Care plus Growth is £325 per month for sites being actively improved. All plans are monthly rolling with 30 days notice, and there are no setup fees. Work is WordPress only, based in London, and led personally by Zain rather than delegated to an account manager.
WordPress, plugins, theme all behind. Something will break eventually. You just do not know when.
The original developer disappeared. Every small change means Googling, or another freelancer hunt.
Updates might break the site, so nothing gets done. Until something breaks anyway.
Specifics, not vague "support". Every item below is something I genuinely do for every client today.
Done on a staging copy first so nothing breaks live. Monthly schedule, reviewed before going live.
Weekly backups stored away from the host, so a hosting failure does not take your site with it.
Firewall, malware scans, login lockdown. Quiet work. It is what stops the bad days happening.
Text changes, image swaps, new pages. You email me, it gets done. Usually same day on weekdays.
Monitored continuously. If it slows down or goes down, I see it before you do.
What I did, what I noticed, what is coming. Plain English. No client dashboard you will never log into.
All plans are monthly rolling. Cancel with 30 days notice.
For small sites that just need to stay alive and healthy.
Sites that need actual hands on work each month. Most clients sit here.
When the site needs managing and actively improving each month.
Not sure which plan? Get a free audit first and I will tell you honestly which one fits.
Tell me the site, the stack, and what is broken or worrying you.
A free health check. Which plan fits, what needs doing urgently, or whether I am the wrong fit.
Access granted, backups verified, baseline snapshot taken. Then management starts.
You email when you need something. Otherwise it is quiet, and that is the point.
Real, live clients. No testimonial graphics, no inflated metrics. Just the work I am actually doing this month.
WordPress rebuild plus ongoing management for a London law firm. The site a regulated business depends on, kept updated, backed up and secure.
Ongoing site care and content updates, alongside Google Business Profile work. Their profile was terminated and is now restored and rated 5 stars.
More than five years quietly maintaining WordPress sites. I cap how many management clients I take at once, because the whole point is that yours never gets forgotten.
Mine start at £65 per month for essential upkeep, £165 per month for regular hands on work, and £325 per month when the site is being actively improved. No setup fees. Monthly rolling. What you pay depends on the size of the site and how much editing you need, and I will give you the number before you commit.
Currently WordPress only, because that is where my five years of experience sit. I would rather send you elsewhere than take money for a platform I cannot fully back up. Ask me anyway and I will point you at someone who can help.
No. Monthly rolling, 30 days notice to stop. The whole point is that you can leave when you want to, not when a contract finally lets you.
The honest answer is that I am not a 24/7 on-call operation, and I will not pretend otherwise. If overnight uptime is genuinely business critical, you want managed hosting with a round the clock support desk, not a small studio. For most small business sites, continuous monitoring plus a fast next morning response is what is actually needed, and that is exactly what you get.
I do, and I oversee everything that ships. For larger builds I draw on my team at Zevon Digital, the studio I founded, for design and development support. What you will never get is an account manager standing between you and the person who understands your site.
The Care plus Growth tier includes on-page SEO improvements. For bigger SEO projects, keyword research, content strategy, and technical audits, that is the separate SEO services page. Easy to combine if you want both, and I will price the combination honestly rather than selling them as two things.
Yes. Up or down, no charge for the switch. Most clients start on Essential or Care and move up as the site, and the business, grows.
There is not one, but here is the real limit. I take on a maximum number of management clients at a time. When I am full, I am full. So if you want a slot, the sooner we talk the better.
A 15 minute call, no obligation. You tell me about the site, I will tell you honestly which plan fits, or whether I am even the right person for the job.
